You may use any of the scripts you find on this page on any site (commercial or private) as long as the following conditions are met

1. The copyright comment remains intact
2. The header information in the ".js" files remains intact.
3. You do not make the file available for re-distribution by placing it in an archive.
4. If you are a javascript site you may use the script but you may not re-distribute the script unless I have given explicit permission, either by submitting the script to the site, or in reply to an email request.
